My goal is to write as much information about each of the following places in Washington County: Washington County airport, Children's Village, WCRH, YMCA, Washington Monument, Appalachian Trail.C&O Canal, Sideling Hill, Crystal Grottoes, and Wilson's Store and Wilson's School. This is Outside Hagerstown. We are doing this project to learn about Washington County. Goodbye!

This Is Wilson's General Antique Store

This is the front of Wilson's Antique Store. It looks like an antique itself!

This is some information about Wilson's Store I found.
This is information about Rufus Hillary Wilson.
This is a sign about the Gettysburg Campaign.
This is me in front of Wilson's General Antique Store.

This is at Wilson's General Antique Shop. These men are playing Western
music. The man on the left, who is playing the guitar, is also singing very loud!
Audrey Walker and I were watching them. Even from outside we could hear them!
This is a picture of Wilson's at an angle showing two men who said they were nice and toasty in their wool that cold day.
This is me and Audrey Walker sitting in antique chairs in Wilson's.
This is a close-up picture of a beautiful ring in a box.
This is an antique cash register near the clerk at Wilson's.
This is an old stovepipe near the entrance of R.H. Wilson's General Antique store.
These are a few of the candies that Wilson's sells.
This is Audrey sitting in this old bench.
These are old candles in Wilson's.
This is a decorative wreath in Wilson's. Isn't it pretty?
This is a doll family sitting on a chair that is really regular sized in the upstairs of Wilson's.
This is an antique basket containing fake fruits.
Theses are some interesting candles in Wilson's.
This is a cool little tree on the stairs in Wilson's. There are two floors in Wilson's.
These are more candles at Wilson's on this old wooden holder.
This is a fake fireplace in Wilson's.
This is an interesting big pound of cheese.

Wilson Village is a village that was once in use, but then was abandoned. Later, people began to come back. It's located by the edge of Conococheague Creek, west of Hagerstown, MD. Rufus Wilson founded the community in 1847. Rufus built a blacksmith's shop, a one room schoolhouse, a post office, and, of course, a general store.
